Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. Payment is made online by card through Stripe; we never store your card details.
The invoice is issued electronically and sent to the e-mail address used for the order.
We deliver in Romania by courier. The delivery time is confirmed when the order is placed and, under art. 17 of Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, never exceeds 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the product.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. The period starts on the day you take physical possession of the product.

Send the product back within 14 days of that notice. You bear the cost of the return, unless the product is faulty or we shipped the wrong one.
We refund every payment received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or you prove you have sent it.

Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery, under Romanian Law 449/2003 and Emergency Ordinance 140/2021.
If the product is not in conformity you are entitled to have it brought into conformity by repair or replacement and, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract and be refunded. We pay the shipping costs of a guarantee claim.

Send any complaint to Contact us; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), file a complaint through eservicii.anpc.ro, and use alternative dispute resolution (SAL, under Ordinance 38/2015).

This product is electrical and electronic equipment and must not be thrown away with household waste. When you buy a new product we take back the equivalent old one free of charge, one for one, under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 5/2015.
Used batteries and accumulators go to separate collection points. Write to Contact us to arrange a take-back.
